Cookie Composites Group supplies you with a secure session within our shopping checkout. You will notice a padlock icon on the base of your browser when you enter our ‘checkout’ area. This indicates that all information entered in the session is transmitted on a secure server. Shopping Online is just as safe and secure than at any other time you may use your credit card to make a purchase.

HOW DO I ADD TO MY SHOPPING LIST?
To make a purchase you need to have added items to your shopping cart. You do this within a particular products page, by selecting a size & colour from the drop down box, and entering a quantity. Then add the item to your cart by clicking ‘add to cart’. When the product is added to your shopping cart, ‘Item Added’ will appear.

Yes. If you hold a USA credit card and reside in the USA Cookie Composites can charge your credit card in US Dollars. This is only applicable for Visa and Mastercard holders. Please select the region of United States to view the US dollar pricing.and product availability.
CAN I BE CHARGED IN US DOLLARS IF I LIVE IN EUROPE?
No, US dollars transaction are only available to US credit card holders. Please select all other countries for your region
WHAT IS THE COOKIE COMPOSITES PRICING POLICY?
Occasionally, our pricing may be slightly different due to special promotions or mark downs that are only available through our online store. Special product markdowns or promotions that appear witherwise stated.
CUSTOMS, TAXES AND IMPORT DUTY CHARGES
WHAT IS THE COOKIE COMPOSITES IMPORT TAX POLICY?
Some Countries may impose import duty or taxes on imported goods It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay any such charges Please ask your customes department for rates and limits before you place an order.
It is Cookie Composites policy not to devalue any promforma invoices, so please do not ask.
Online processing and authorisation
All Cookie Composite orders will be processed the next business day, during normal working hours; 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Once you have made a purchase and your Credit Card has passed verification you will automatically receive an Email Confirmation which will include your Order Number, Purchase details, Shipment details, any of your special delivery instructions and the Total Order value, including applicable Freight charges. Please understand no COD’s or any other form of payment will be accepted.
For all orders exceeding $1000 AUD or $750 USD we will require credit card verification in the form of scanned copies of both sides of your credit card and drivers licence. We will contact your about this information.

Freight and delivery
AUSTRALIA
For postage and handling within Australia all shipping will be via Australia Post. All currency figures are in Australian Dollars (AUD). All in stock items will be shipped next day after email conformation of order. Lead time on helmet shipments will be 7-10 days.. All orders (Australian) are sent via Express Post and will require signature confirmation upon delivery to ensure the goods have been received. If you are unlikely to be home to sign for the goods we recommend the use of a Business address or PO Box if more convenient. If the goods are unable to be signed for Australia Post will leave a card to notify the goods were attempted to be delivered. In 3 more days Australia Post will leave a second card asking you to collect the goods. After 7 days from the 2nd card the goods will be returned to us.
INTERNATIONAL
All orders our side from Australia will be shipped from our Cookie USA Operation in Utah.
For postage and handling for all International orders shipping will be via UPS, USPS, EMS Express or Fedex. These services offer tracking and signature on delivery. Items sent via Express Post will require signature confirmation upon delivery to ensure the goods have been received. If you are unlikely to be home to sign for the goods we recommend the use of a Business address. Sorry we cannot ship to PO Boxes. All in stock items will be shipped next day after email conformation of order. Lead time on helmet shipments will be 7-10 days.
For items with a weight greater than 500 grams, items will be shipped via fedex. Shipping via fedex is 2-4 days. We will issue invoices with tracking information on the day we ship. Orders shipped with fedex can be tracked at www.fedex.com.
All orders for Spain will be shipped via fedex.
For items with a weight greater than 500 grams, items will be shipped via EMS Express. Shipping via EMS is 4-7days. We will issue invoices with tracking information on the day we ship. Orders shipped with EMS Express can be tracked at http://ice.auspost.com.au/
EMS Express couirer service employs third party contractors for final delivery in some countries. If there are any difficulties with the arrival of your order please contact us immediately.
All orders for Spain will be shipped via fedex.
Please be aware if you are ordering for International deliveries you warrant, understand and agree to the following:
• Customers are liable for any relevant customs charges, duties or tariffs for their country.
• Customers understand that if the goods sent from us are impounded by customs, delivery charges and cost of goods will not be refunded.
• Customers understand that if the goods are returned, the customer will be charged for all shipping charges (to and from the customer)
• To protect our global distribution network Cookie Composites will not devalue invoices or ship under valued proforma invoices
Returns and Exchanges
Cookie Composites hopes that you are satisfied with the products that you order from us online. However, if you wish to return goods for an exchange or refund, then we ask that you follow the instructions detailed below to ensure that your request is processed efficiently.
The following constitutes the terms upon which we will accept and process returns. By ordering from us online you agree to these terms.
AUTHORISATION
All returns must first be authorised by Cookie Composites before they can be accepted. To request authorisation, you must download a Return Authorisation Request Form from our website HERE for USA and International Customers. Australian Customers click HERE Please fill this out and either email or fax it to us (our contact details are shown on the form). We may decide in our absolute discretion whether to authorise the return.

We will attend to your request as soon as possible, and you will receive our response by email. If we authorise the return, then we will issue you with a “Return Authorisation Number”. This number must be included with the returned goods, otherwise they may be returned to you at your expense.
RETURNS FROM AUSTRALIA
All returns must be received at despatch within 14 days of the date of original dispatch, otherwise they will be returned to you at your expense.
EXCHANGES FROM AUSTRALIA
If you wish to make an exchange then you will need to indicate this on the Return Authorisation Request Form, as well as the reason. For example, the reason might be one of the following:
- • the goods are faulty;
- • the goods are not as described;
- • the goods do not fit correctly; or
- • you have simply changed your mind.
Goods may only be exchanged for goods of equal or greater value. Goods that are returned for incorrect fit may only be exchanged for goods of the same style.
We will credit you with the amount paid for the original goods, excluding delivery, and charge your account for any difference in price of the replacement goods. If the original goods were returned because they are faulty, not as described, or do not fit correctly, then we will pay for the delivery of the replacement goods (within Australia ONLY) Otherwise, your account will be charged for the delivery of the replacement goods.
RETURNS FROM ALL OTHER COUNTIRES
All returns must be received at despatch within 21 days of the date of original dispatch, otherwise they will be returned to you at your expense.
EXCHANGES FROM ALL OTHER COUNTRIES
If you wish to make an exchange then you will need to indicate this on the Return Authorisation Request Form, as well as the reason. For example, the reason might be one of the following:
- • the goods are faulty;
- • the goods are not as described;
- • the goods do not fit correctly; or
- • you have simply changed your mind.

All goods will be inspected by our Quality Assurance department to verify the reason for their return. If we deem that the reason is not genuine, then your account will be charged for the delivery costs of the replacement goods.
REFUNDS
If you would like to obtain a refund for the returned goods, then please indicate this on the Return Authorisation Request Form as well as the reason. We may authorise you to return goods ordered online in exchange for a full refund, including the original cost of delivery (WITHIN AUSTRALIA ONLY) where the goods are faulty, or not as described.
COST AND RISK OF RETURN
In all cases, you are responsible for ensuring that the goods arrive at our dispatch location safely. We do not accept responsibility for goods that fail to arrive in their original condition. For this reason we encourage you to insure the goods against loss or damage while in transit. You must also pay for the cost of returning the goods unless we deem them to be faulty or not as described, in which case we will credit you for the cost of returning the goods.
TRANSFER OF PROPERTY IN THE GOODS
Property in the goods is passed to you as soon as they are dispatched from our warehouse.
- • Goods must be returned in their original condition
- • Goods must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached. Goods may be tried on for fit but must be otherwise unworn. Goods must be returned unsoiled or undamaged and must include the original receipt.
TIME FOR PROCESSING
Returns will be processed within 1-5 working days of receiving the goods at the point of dispatch. You will be notified by email once refunds have been processed.
AUTHORITY TO CREDIT/CHARGE YOUR ACCOUNT
By submitting the Return Authorisation Request Form you authorise us to credit or charge your account in accordance with the above terms and conditions using the details provided by you in effecting the original transaction.
Terms of use
We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (eg: Strikes, floods etc.). All colours of garments are reproduced as accurately as possible, however a slight variation may occur in colour and size specifications. Colours may appear slightly different via this web site due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings. All offers are available until stocks sell out.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT:
• to cancel any order, at which time, we will immediately notify this action by e-mail or phone, using the e-mail address or number/s provided.
• that all orders are subject to availability of stock
